NOTES OF TWO MEETINGS:
MONDAY 10TH AUGUST 2009

This was a 3 ½ hour meeting spent entirely discussing the large amount of feedback
received about the draft Questionnaire from Jan Cole, RCCE, Emma Boaler, BDC, Parish
Councillors, ex Parish Councillors, villagers who attended the Photo-
The Volunteer Log was updated but there was no time to deal with the other items on the agenda.

This was a 3 hour meeting to discuss further feedback on the draft Questionnaire and review and amend questions as necessary. Also finalised wording for front cover, other pages in the Questionnaire and the Young People’s’ Questionnaire. Rita has file copy of the draft questionnaire document and feedback discussed today.
We still do not have the map of the Village Envelope & Conservation Area. Sarah will be going to BDC tomorrow regarding another matter and will speak to Dean/Beverley, ICT Systems about this.
Deadline for final copy to Richard is Wednesday 26th August for delivery on 3rd September. Questionnaire to be delivered during first week of September and collected by Sunday 27th September. Sarah will arrange a meeting of the ‘posties’ so that everyone is clear about their delivery and collection routes.
Meeting planned for Monday 14th September cancelled. Next meeting will be Monday 12th October.
